Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM & SecOps Developer. Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps modules, including incident, problem, change, request management, and security incident response.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Hands-on expertise with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python/PowerShell for SOAR actions)
  • Strong proficiency with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scoped Apps
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, service mapping, and dependency visualization
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of MID Servers, IntegrationHub, Automation Engine, and Orchestration
  • Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes
  • Practical experience with SOC workflows, incident response, and vulnerability management
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps architecture and best practices
