This Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with architects and BAs to translate requirements into technical designs. The role involves experience with ITSM, IRM, and HRSD modules, as well as expertise in domain separation and multi-tenant configurations. Experience with generative AI capabilities and now LLM is highly desired.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience
- Expertise in at least two modules among ITSM (IRM), and HRSM
- Experience in configuring and managing domain separation and multi-tenant environments in ServiceNow
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows
- Solid understanding of ACLs, data models, platform architecture, and security best practices
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
