This Senior ServiceNow Developer position at NTT DATA Business Solutions requires experience designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow platforms. The role focuses on ITSM, IRM, and HRSD, and includes domain separation and multi-tenant configurations. Expertise in generative AI using Now LLM and strong scripting skills are highly desirable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.
- Expertise in at least two modules among ITSM Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and HR Service Management (HRSM).
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Solid understanding of ACLs, data models, platform architecture, and security best practices.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client collaboration skills.
