Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager or similar digital transformation platforms
• Higher education and relevant certifications
• Strong understanding of customer needs and a desire to create great customer experiences
• Good ability to connect systems and leverage them for customer value creation
• Knowledge of a good working environment with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English
