We’re seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Lead to take ownership of the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules across our organization.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules
- Develop and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, and reports
- Serve as the primary ServiceNow subject-matter expert
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow administrators and developers
- Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure accurate CMDB and AWS integration
- Define and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow use across the organization
- Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement
