This role focuses on hands-on configuration and development of ServiceNow modules, contributing to pre-sales efforts, and helping clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps and governance. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their ServiceNow investments and understand their business capabilities.
Requirements
- 8-11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions
