This is a W2 contract position for a ServiceNow Lead/Architect based in New York. The role involves extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong knowledge of ITIL processes and scripting, leading development projects and managing teams. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects and managing teams.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.) and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service Catalog, CMDB, Change Management).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.) and external system integrations.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
