At Bank of America, we are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our Global Technology Service Management function. The successful candidate will have a leading role in developing the ServiceNow platform and guiding the development team in solution design and implementation approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow development and engineering
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, product micro certifications
- Proven experience as a lead engineer in highly regulated environments
- Experience in ServiceNow cloud platforms
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow products, supporting software engineering, maximizing data processing systems, building cloud-compatible services, and operating within an enterprise IT lifecycle
