NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow SPM Lead Engineer with Integrations experience to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers who provide development of project professional services for customers. The role involves implementing and developing customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale projects.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITAM products
- Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years of client facing consulting experience
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
- Strong experience with SPM processes and ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements
