Devoteam is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement modern solutions for clients. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and sustainability. They prioritize digital transformation and artificial intelligence and foster a positive environment for growth and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine, IRM or CSM.
• Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP API), data modeling and security principles.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified System Administrator are a plus.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Ability to see the whole and create structure – while thriving in details.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal – in Norwegian and English.
