As a ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer, you will determine the best technical solutions to satisfy ESM functional and business requirements, work closely with customers to develop and deliver innovative solutions, and assist in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a comparable field
  • Experience with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Experience with development of ServiceNow Workflows, client and server-side scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, mainly Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Further modules such as HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management or ITSM are an advantage
  • Deep Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices
  • Deep Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), JavaScript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management
  • Is a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative, and multicultural team/business environment
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
