We are looking for a ServiceNow Operations Engineer to manage our cloud-based ServiceNow environment and ensure operational excellence and compliance with IT policies. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including data analytics, digital product management, and IT security.
Requirements
- Ensure seamless execution of IT operations and support
- Lead or support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
- Ensure adherence to internal and external policy requirements related to IT compliance and security
- Execute or support the planning, testing, and deployment of platform upgrades and releases
- Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to incidents
- Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing operational enhancements
