This ServiceNow Ops Resilience position requires professionals with strong skills in platform administration, ServiceNow's GRC and IRM features, and developer proficiency. Requirements
- Expertise with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow's GRC suite, particularly IRM and BCM
- Ability to configure, customize, and extend the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and App Engine
- Skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI development (NoCode/LowCode)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, integrations, and troubleshooting
