Experian is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
- Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
- Maintain and enhance existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems.
