The ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ENT Tools Administrator is a key technical leader responsible for the administration, enhancement, and operational sustainment of the USG’s on-premises ServiceNow platform. This role drives the stability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services supporting over 17,500 devices and ~8,000 users.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in IT management or a related area, with a proven track record of leadership in complex IT environments
- Demonstrated experience administering enterprise ServiceNow platforms in scaled Agile environments with defined release cadences
- Familiarity with on-premise ServiceNow configurations and module integration (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, PSDS)
