The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will support our DoD customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model, providing consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services. The role involves managing all aspects of the platform, including monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience related to the role
- Experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups
- An active DoD secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement
