The ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Critical System Maintenance Lead is responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and performance of the USSS’s on-premises instance of the ServiceNow platform. This role leads enterprise patch management activities, ensuring that mission-critical systems are secured, updated, and maintained in accordance with government security requirements and operational cadence.
Requirements
- Active T5 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information
- Proven experience administering an on-premises ServiceNow instance in an enterprise or government environment
- Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules in an Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong background in patch management and critical system maintenance for large, distributed environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and configuration management
