The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for the overall technical vision, architecture, and integrity of our ServiceNow platform. This role will work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure our ServiceNow instance is reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, and custom applications.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow integrations, data flows, and automation across the organization.
- Develop and enforce platform governance, best practices, and standards for development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Provide architectural guidance to internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high performing.
- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features, capabilities, and upgrades, staying current with platform innovations and industry trends.
- Partner with InfoSec, risk, and compliance teams to ensure platform and data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business analysts.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure a high level of reliability and user satisfaction.
