The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for the overall technical vision, architecture, and integrity of our ServiceNow platform, working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc.).
  • Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, banking, insurance, etc.) and understanding of related compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and enterprise IT processes.
  • Solid knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA) strongly preferred.
