ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our ServiceNow solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, creating and maintaining a ServiceNow roadmap, and ensuring platform scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Platform Strategy & Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, create and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap, evaluate new ServiceNow features and modules, ensure platform scalability and performance, maintain platform security, and define and maintain data architecture within ServiceNow.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design of complex ServiceNow solutions, provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team, review and approve technical designs and code, oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, develop and maintain technical documentation, and design and implement integrations with other systems.
• Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance policies and procedures, develop and maintain coding standards and best practices, conduct regular platform audits, manage the ServiceNow development lifecycle, and lead the ServiceNow change management process.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions, communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, work closely with the ServiceNow development team, partner with other IT teams, stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and technologies, and participate in industry events and communities.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues, provide expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
