Requirements
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint
- Establish and manage technical governance
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather requirements, present, and validate solutions
- Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow's capabilities
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
- Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
- Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
