EY is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-sales solutioning and implementations Manager to join their team. This role involves pre-sales activities, solutioning, implementing ServiceNow platforms, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience with 6-7 years of experience into ServiceNow Pre-sales, solutioning & implementations.
- Understanding of business requirements and designing solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Project Problem Diagnosis, Solution Development, Client communication, facilitation of decision making, documentation, and client/stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow application architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must.
