Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience with 6-7 years of ServiceNow Pre-sales, solutioning & implementations
- Pre-sales experience responding to medium to large RFP/RFIs
- Presales experience of more than ITSM Capability (IT workflow) and related roles
- Understanding of business requirements and designing solutions on ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of ServiceNow application architecture
- Certification as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SPM), ITIL V3 foundation, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
