Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, SPM, and GRC
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
