ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, ITOM

Our Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow and develops solutions for their ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate has specific ITOM, ServiceNow experience and can provide technical expertise in scripting, workflows, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in four or more applications required
