Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Process Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITIL-based processes and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or business process consulting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and/or ITAM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and related best practices.
- Experience in process design, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to create process maps, SOPs, and detailed documentation.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
