Requirements
- Provide executive-level leadership across the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for program delivery, contract performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project managers and technical teams.
- Develop, manage, and report against Master Program Plan.
- Lead customer engagement and support change management.
