NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including SPM, GRC, and Proven Optics. This role requires executive-level engagement with stakeholders and management of multiple project teams. The manager will provide overall program direction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Provide executive-level leadership across the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for program delivery, contract performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project managers and technical teams.
- Develop, manage, and report against Master Program Plan.
- Lead customer engagement and support change management.

Requirements Summary
Master's degree in a related field and 6-8 years of experience in PM/Program Management. PMP certification. Experience with ServiceNow & 3-5 PM teams is required
