Join our Technology Hub in Portugal and be part of a global team that develops ServiceNow solutions for clients around the world. Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Participate in agile projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and testing.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on at least one area: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM or SecOps.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and automation tools in the platform.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Module.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and ideally knowledge of French, German or Arabic to support clients in specific markets.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
- Ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical ideas clearly.
