GovCIO is seeking a project coordinator to assist in the ServiceNow platform. This customer-facing role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and providing guidance within a remote team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of ServiceNow, and a proven track record of supporting federal clients. The position will be fully remote within the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
- 8 years of experience in IT
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with government contracting processes, compliance, and documentation standards
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Ability to pull reports in ServiceNow
- Ability to navigate ServiceNow
- Ability to create manual test scripts or user guides
