ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with comprehensive experience and knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT asset management frameworks.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
