ServiceNow Project/Program Manager (PL750)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager for a client in the consulting industry to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. The role involves driving programs, projects, and deployment efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Focus on program management and collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional ServiceNow initiatives
• Hands-on experience leading SAFe/Agile projects
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect across workstreams in a matrixed environment
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Expertise in scope control, estimation, resource management, risk/issues management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong financial acumen
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and leading remote/global teams
• Minimal travel required
• 8 month contract with possibility of extension
