Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a ServiceNow Queue Manager to oversee and manage ServiceNow ticket workflows for computer fulfillment, returns, and asset lifecycle tracking. This role is crucial for operational excellence, data integrity, and SLA compliance, bridging the gap between customer ServiceNow environments and Future Tech’s internal ERP system. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Monitor and manage all incoming and active ServiceNow tickets.
  • Oversee the ServiceNow Returns Queue and asset record management tasks.
  • Validate returned equipment against asset tags, serial numbers, and customer-owned configurations.
  • Implement quality assurance controls to mitigate inaccuracies.
  • Track device movements throughout the entire lifecycle.

Requirements Summary

3+ years ServiceNow experience (ITSM, Asset Mgmt, Fulfillment). ERP/inventory platform familiarity. Strong analytical & communication skills
