iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Architect to support a federal contract. The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to modernize and automate customer processes within an Agile environment. The architect will leverage ServiceNow Platform to deliver transformative solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow implementations as a Solution Architect
- 6+ years’ experience in the IT industry
- 2+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- 2+ years’ experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture
- Strong communication and customer relationships skills
