ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) - AI for Security Operations Engineering Intern

Join ServiceNow as an AI for Security Operations Engineering Intern to work alongside skilled Platform Security Innovation Team on AIOps capabilities and contribute to projects that elevate user experiences and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Design and develop AIOps pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from diverse IT systems (logs, metrics, traces, events).
• Automate incident management and remediation processes using AI/ML and workflow automation tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational pain points and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and associated ML services.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Weights & Biases.
• Knowledgeable about containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Servicenow platform knowledge is a plus.
