ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) - Business Continuity Analyst Intern

ServiceNow is seeking a ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) Business Continuity Analyst Intern. The intern will monitor the security tools and systems, analyze event relationships, and contribute to the secure configuration and maintenance of in-place devices. The role requires collaboration with other teams to ensure platform security and escalate critical incidents. ServiceNow is a global market leader in cloud-based AI-enhanced technology.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
• Graduation in December 2026 or later.
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Automation knowledge (Python, bash scripting) and experience hardening Linux, Windows, or Mac systems.
• Background working with data logging applications (e.g. Splunk) and knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, Nessus).
