ServiceNow Senior Architect

OCT Consulting is seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for federal government clients. This role focuses on shaping OCT's ServiceNow niche, driving strategic growth, and delivering impactful AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The Architect will collaborate with clients and partners, mentor team members, and establish platform governance. This position requires a strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience, including multi-department or multi-instance architecture
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience leveraging Integration Hub and Flow Designer for automation
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with external systems
