We're looking for a visionary Senior Architect to help lead the way in shaping OCT's ServiceNow future from the ground up. This role involves designing and delivering AI-enabled, enterprise-grade solutions that streamline processes and transform results for our federal clients.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains
- Experience leveraging Integration Hub and Flow Designer for automation
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with external systems
- Strong knowledge of data models, security (roles, ACLs), and platform performance optimization
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices (e.g., ServiceNow CICD, update sets, automated testing)
- Ability to establish platform governance frameworks, including design standards, technical debt management, and scalability practices
- Deep integration experience (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, API gateways, cloud platforms)
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, or other federal compliance frameworks
- Active Public Trust or Security Clearance eligibility
