Requirements
- Deepen your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Deepen your knowledge of the processes on which the application solutions of the ServiceNow platform are modeled (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps)
- Analyze the needs of the Client and guide them regarding the technological solutions offered by the Company, in particular on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of the main business processes on which ServiceNow application solutions are available (ITSM, HR, ITO, SecOps, ITBM, SPM,...)
- Consulting and customer relationship skills
- Support to sales activities
- Support to the preparation of technical answers and tender notices
- Complex project management
- Management of activity of billing and invoicing of projects
- Ability to write presentations and analytical reports
- Pursue your professional growth and contribute to the growth of colleagues and the company
Requirements Summary
