NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer for their Hyderabad, Telangana team. This role focuses on building and implementing ServiceNow solutions, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and advanced platform capabilities is required, along with strong scripting and automation skills.
Requirements
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes in ServiceNow
- Develop and enhance platform capabilities through client scripts and UI policies
- Deploy and configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB
- Implement Asset Management (HAM/SAM), License Management, and Lifecycle Management within ITAM
- Optimize CMDB health using best practices
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Implement advanced scripting solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS
