ServiceNow Senior Developer, Emory Healthcare (ETS) | Temporary to Permanent

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining various applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. The developer will work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent related experience
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in application systems/administration OR 9 years' experience without a degree
• Prefer proficiency in at least two computer languages used currently in production
• Must be able to lead problem-solving efforts when mission-critical systems are interrupted
• A CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification from ServiceNow
• At least 5 years of experience in developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with broad exposure to different modules and applications
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
• Strong experience developing forms, reports, dashboards, and complex workflows in the ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM applications
• Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
• Experience with Employee Center and Catalog development
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• A strong team player and collaborator mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
