This role focuses on building automated processes, providing expert knowledge, and ensuring operational stability. The position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, working within an approved governance model.
Requirements
- Strong technical development skills in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem solving and entrepreneurial skills to drive solutions to completion.
- Project management and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- Strong relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow including ITSM Pro, Custom Applications, and Employee Centre.
Requirements Summary
