The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, acting as the primary client contact, and handling all issues. This is a fully remote position located in the United States requiring leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve success with multiple ServiceNow implementation projects.
- 7+ years’ experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
