ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer opportunity at Takeda's Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications, especially for HR Service Delivery and related modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow solution development, with 3+ years specifically focused on HR Service Delivery and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
  • Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
  • Fluent English (both written and oral).
