We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We're looking for a ServiceNow Engineer who is passionate about building, maintaining, and improving scalable solutions on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow as a Developer or Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred
- Experience with core modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or Asset Management
- Solid understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and business rules
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub)
- Basic knowledge of system performance, ACLs, and platform security
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
