ServiceNow Senior Quality Analyst

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Quality Analyst to develop and support test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and experience with ServiceNow platform testing.

Requirements

• Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated)
• Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
• Good understanding of all Testing Techniques which includes Smoke testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression Testing, Stress Testing, Black box testing
• Solid functional and non-functional end to end testing experience of ServiceNow platform
• Experienced in testing of ServiceNow based products
• Resource should have hands on working knowledge of using an already existing automation framework (ATF) to solve different testing delivery problem, challenges, preference will be given to ServiceNow ATF tool
• Technical expert responsible for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in his/her technical areas (e.g. Service now /Automation areas)
• Education: A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years ServiceNow testing experience or in related field
• Certification preferred: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), CSTE (Certified Test Engineer), CSA
