ServiceNow Senior Quality Analyst

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and support test plans, ensure product quality, and provide analytical problem-solving skills. The role involves implementing quality assurance standards, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to understand several testing techniques
• Good understanding of software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies
• Resource should have hands on working knowledge of using an already existing automation framework (ATF) to solve different testing delivery problem
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years ServiceNow testing experience or in related field
