ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect - CSM

NewRocket is hiring a Senior Solution Architect with CSM experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of Software Engineers who provide project professional services for customers. The role will implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform, including CSM and Custom Applications
• At least 5+ years’ experience working in software development involving ServiceNow CSM products
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architect role
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
• Experience working with customers to understand business problems and translate to technical requirements, design, and build solutions
• Experience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional, automated integration between two systems
• Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation
