NewRocket is a global ServiceNow partner helping enterprise leaders solve business challenges. They are hiring a Senior Solution Architect with a focus on CSM and FSM, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to build custom ServiceNow services. The role involves providing technical guidance and support to customers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform, including CSM/FSM and Custom Applications
- 5+ years’ experience working in software development involving ServiceNow CSM/FSM products
- 3+ years’ experience in an architect role
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and FSM
- Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
Requirements Summary
8+ years ServiceNow experience, 5+ years in software development, and 3+ in architect role. Strong knowledge of security, web services integration & scripting. CSCS or CIS-C would be preferred
