We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to deliver high-performing technical services, leading the customer with world-class technical advice and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and fit for use.
Requirements
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CIS x 2 - ITSM + HRSD or CSM
- ServiceNow Pro Suite x 1- ITSM
- ServiceNow Pro Plus Suite x 1- ITSM
- IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience
- 5+ years of successful ServiceNow support/delivery
- General understanding of ServiceNow licensing
- Understanding of, and ability to adapt to, both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory
