We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The role focuses on leading and executing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, bridging technical expertise with process understanding to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. This position bridges technical expertise with process understanding to ensure successful solution delivery, client satisfaction, and platform scalability.
Requirements
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Translate business and process requirements into technical configurations and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and process consultants.
- Develop and configure modules such as o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog) o ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping) o ITAM (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Lifecycle Management).
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data imports.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and training materials.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and developers.
- Stay current with platform updates and recommend relevant innovations.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
